During my PhD project, I will research the main drivers of adaptation and migration for coastal residents around the world. I also aim to detect the influence of adaptive decisions from other actors on adaptive decisions by residents, assuming both long-term sea level rise and extreme flood events. The main research methods I will use are survey and experimental methods.
