Due to climate change and water pollution, farmers of coastal regions in Bangladesh struggle to find irrigation water in sufficient quantity and quality to sustain regional food production. Urban water has shown to be available in sufficient amounts to provide this irrigation water, but proper treatment and management are required to make this a safe and feasible alternative.
